A little bit of history... 

Beverly who is today the President of Nucaza saw her mom and dad work hard from an early age. Her parents  immigrated 40 years ago from Peru to give their children the Canadian life and give them the opportunities they never had back home. When her parents immigrated to Montreal, they applied for jobs and were not given many opportunities. They had to be creative to support their 3 children and that’s where their moving company was born. 

It all started with one truck and a yes... 

With the little money they had saved, Beverly's dad decided to buy a truck and offer moving services with his wife. After a few moves they continued to save as they had another goal in mind for their kids. They wanted to move out of the small apartment they lived in and move eventually into a house. That is when Bev's mom continued looking for jobs and finally got a YES! She got hired as a janitor in a building where she had to manage tenants. Her responsibilities grew and in a very short time she managed multiple buildings at the same time. She then realized how people needed more than one more service when they moved. Further more, she offered her husband's moving services to all her tenants and the family began offering many other services such as cleaning and renovations.  

More than 30 years offering services... 

After spending 10 years in the military and helping many organizations optimize their operations, Beverly came back to the family business. She quickly recognized that there was a need to centralize services and create a one stop shop. That is how Nucaza was born with the help of her family.  

The family has been serving the Montreal Island for more than 30 years. Beverly's parents made sure to pass on their work ethic and knowledge to their kids and grandkids. Today, they have expanded their services with the help of a few trusted partners.  

With the Proptech knowledge of Beverly, they are now able to help other property owners streamline their operations, automate processes, and increase revenue.
